Template Management with Libraries

2.3.5 | 3/2/2024

Optimize your Template Organization with Salesforce Libraries.

Working with One Template is easy enough, but when you start to expand your Mambo Merge usage it can be overwhelming as your Templates grow in numbers. Mambo Merge’s recommendation for best Practice is to manage your Templates in Salesforce Libraries. It offers a centralized location for storage, retrieval, and collaboration on templates. In fact, when you upload a Template in the Routine Wizard, Mambo Merge creates a Library to hold your template in.

** Note: The Manage Salesforce CRM Content app permission or Create Libraries system permission are required to create a Library.
